Celebrate Independence Day at WECU’s Old-Fashioned Fourth of July in Blaine

Get ready for a star-spangled celebration!

Taking place all day in the heart of downtown Blaine, this community celebration is packed with activities for all ages—including a parade, car show, kid zone, live music, fireworks, and more.

Event Highlights Include:

  • Pancake Breakfast at the Blaine Community Center – hosted by Blaine-Birch Bay Park & Recreation District 2 (BBBPRD2)
  • Street Fair on H and 3rd Streets with over 100 vendors.
  • Parade kicks off at noon, preceded by a special performance of the national anthem.
  • Red, White and Vrooom Car Show
  • Kid Zone hosted by BBBPRD2
  • Beer Garden & Live Music
  • Fireworks Spectacular – 10:30 p.m. over Semiahmoo Bay

This event is free to attend and offers something for everyone: whether you're starting the day with a plate of pancakes, enjoying the parade, dancing to live music, or enjoying the fireworks show under the stars.

Please Note:

Attendees should expect road closures in the downtown Blaine area throughout the day. Plan ahead for parking and access.
