The Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation District recognizes that not all families can afford to participate in local sports activities. The District helps those families in need pay for equipment or seasonal program registration fees. These can be youth recreational programs offered by the Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation or other athletic, dance, or recreational programs supported by the Boys and Girls Club, Blaine School District or other local approved youth clubs.
