The Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation District recognizes that not all families can afford to participate in local sports activities. The District is partnering with the Healthy Youth Coalition to help those families in need pay for equipment or seasonal program registration fees. These can be recreational programs offered by the Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation or other athletic, dance, or recreational programs supported by the Boy's and Girls Club, Blaine School District or other local approved youth clubs. A list of these programs will be available soon.
