Government Obligation
Local governments are not required to create documents to comply with a request for specific information. Rather, they must produce existing records for review and copying. Also, local governments are not obligated to compile information from various records so that information is in a form that is more useful to the requester.

Below you will find our Master Plan, Connectivity Study, and information on how to request public records.

Master Plan

Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation District 2's (BBBPRD2) Master Plan 2022-2027 includes information on our public organization, including our mission, vision, goals, facilities, and fee policy.

Connectivity Study

BBBPRD2 has had a Blaine-Birch Bay Multimodal Connectivity Study done to help determine how to better connect our local recreation areas via bike routes and trail access. It is BBBPRD2's hope to continue to grow our recreation areas to suit the rising population while providing safe access to reach these locations.
